A complete back office, kept in cadence.
Each discipline follows a written standard, a monthly cadence, and a partner who signs the work. Fixed fees. No hourly billing. No surprises.
The work, in plain English.
Five closely-held disciplines, listed in the order they tend to come up in the life of an owner-managed Sdn Bhd. Each one stands on its own, and each one fits the others. Most clients retain us across three or four; a small number across all five.
Ledgers, reconciled
to the cent.
Cloud-based ledgers maintained on a steady monthly close. Bank, payment-processor, and supplier statements reconciled before the 10th of each month — no exceptions, no apologies.
Most clients work in Xero or QuickBooks; we are also fluent in MYOB and SQL. The handover of an existing ledger, including unscrambling a year of partial work from a previous accountant, is a routine part of onboarding rather than a billable extra. You will see the same management-accounts pack on the same day every month, in the same format, with the same line items in the same order. Predictable to the point of being uneventful.
- Monthly close on a fixed calendar
- Bank, processor & supplier reconciliation
- Multi-currency & multi-entity ledgers
- Management accounts pack (P&L, balance sheet, cash)
- Year-end audit-ready trial balance
- MPERS / MFRS bookkeeping
- Xero · QuickBooks · MYOB · SQL
- Real-time bank-feed reconciliation
- Document store with audit trail
Filed in writing,
defended in writing.
Corporate, personal and partnership returns prepared in line with current LHDN guidance. We file on your behalf, defend the position, and brief you before each cycle closes.
Every Form C is preceded by a one-page memo, on file, recording the positions taken and the reasons we took them. SST registration and quarterly returns, withholding-tax obligations, and CP58 commission disclosures all sit inside the standing scope. e-Invoicing, where it applies, is included in the bookkeeping retainer rather than treated as a separate line. You receive a tax-ready calendar in March; we work to it for the rest of the year.
- Form C · BE · B · P preparation & filing
- Tax-position memos for every return
- SST registration & quarterly returns
- Withholding-tax & CP58 disclosures
- LHDN audit support & correspondence
- CTIM tax practitioner
- LHDN e-Filing intermediary
- MyInvois / e-Invoicing onboarding
- Annual planning meeting in March
Payroll on the day,
every month.
End-to-end monthly payroll with statutory contributions filed on time, every time. PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and HRD Corp handled inside one cadence — by a partner who signs every submission personally.
We run payroll for headcounts of one to two hundred and fifty, across single- and multi-entity employers. Payslips are delivered in plain English and Bahasa, and bank-direct payment files are produced on a fixed cut-off so finance teams can match days, not weeks, of clearing. Year-end EA forms and CP8D returns are part of the standing scope; nothing is treated as a project unless the engagement letter says so.
- Monthly payroll up to 250 headcount
- PCB · EPF · SOCSO · EIS · HRD Corp
- Bank-direct salary payment files
- Bilingual payslips (EN · BM)
- EA forms & CP8D year-end returns
- Authorised employer agent (EPF)
- PERKESO partner (SOCSO)
- HRD Corp registered employer
- Direct integration with Xero / QuickBooks
Annual accounts,
walked through.
Annual statutory accounts prepared to MPERS or MFRS standard, filed with SSM, and walked through with your appointed auditor. We answer their questions so you don't have to.
We do not sign the audit opinion — Malaysian independence rules require that to be a separate firm — but we hold the working papers, run the schedules, and reconcile every line item on your behalf. Most audits, by the time the auditor arrives, are a question of confirming what we have already documented. The annual return, the AGM minutes, and the SSM filings sit inside this scope rather than billed as extras.
- Statutory accounts to MPERS / MFRS
- Audit working papers maintained year-round
- SSM annual return & AGM minutes
- Lead auditor liaison & query response
- Schedules & supporting documentation
- MPERS (private companies)
- MFRS (where required)
- SSM Companies Act 2016 compliance
- Inspection-ready document store
A quarterly review
with the partner.
A standing quarterly review with the partner on your account: 13-week cash-flow, runway, working-capital, and the one or two decisions that will most affect the next quarter.
Our advisory work is intentionally narrow. We do not do strategy, we do not do brand, we do not do management consulting. We do the financial discipline that keeps a private company solvent, paying its bills, and able to seize the occasional opportunity — done as a quiet quarterly conversation, not a deck. Most clients keep the 13-week cash-flow on a single A4 in front of them; that one document, kept honest, has been worth more to our clients than any other artefact we produce.
- 13-week rolling cash-flow forecast
- Working-capital & runway reviews
- Pricing & margin analysis
- Quarterly partner-led review meeting
- Banking & facility introductions
- Brand or strategy consulting
- HR, marketing, IT advisory
- Investment recommendations
- Anything outside the financial discipline
The standing retainer is
where it works best.
Most retainers cover three or four of the five disciplines. The fee is fixed monthly, with no hourly billing and no surprises.
